Parents were Basketballers
Q4: How often do you train a week & when do you get time off during the year?
Our season runs though the Aussie summer. Basically we are on everyday with sometimes a lighter day in the middle of the week. I normally get a break in the end of June/July.
Q5: Do you have a special routine or superstition before competing? if yes, what is it?
For me the best superstition is no superstition

Q7: Do you follow a particular diet?
Nothing too specific. Try to eat 3 base meals and not snack too much. And always stay very hydrated.
Q8: Have you overcome serious injury or other set-backs?
I’ve been very lucky in my career thus far. Maximum I’ve missed is about so month of action
Q9: What about GC2018 excites you?
The chance to be a 2 time commonwealth gold medalist with both times been in my home country.
