Gold Coast 2018 athletes spread joy through the community

Gold Coast 2018 hopeful Liz Parnov has kicked off Commonwealth Games Australia’s Community Program with a visit to East Victoria Park Primary School last week.

Australian table tennis team member Melissa Tapper took a stroll down memory lane when she visited her old primary school, George St Primary in Hamilton, as well as Gray St Primary in Hamilton, finishing at the Clontarf Academy in Warrnambool.

Rebecca Van Asch, Jess Trengove and Barrie Lester are among some of the other CGA athletes heading into the community this week to spread the thrill of a home Games through the eyes of an athlete.
