Will competes in road cycling and currently represents Balmoral Cycling Club, having started when he was 13 years old. His most recent achievements include winning the U19 Oceania Continental Championships, as well as claiming 5th at the Australian National Criterium. Chosen in the cycling team for the Trinbago 2023 Commonwealth Youth Games, Will tackled the streets of Trinidad on the first day of competition in the men’s individual time trial. Snaring a bronze medal was not only his first at the Games, but the first medal of any Australian man. His future aspirations include representing Australia at both the Commonwealth and Olympic Games, with an eye on the home games of Brisbane 2032, as well as cycling professionally in Europe for a World Tour, aiming to one day win a stage of a Grand Tour.
