Q3: How did you get involved in your sport?

Watched the Olympics on TV

6 days a week with Xmas & New Year my time off.

Q5: Do you have a special routine or superstition before competing? 

I tend to do a lot of visualisation prior to competing while constantly reaffirm myself I can do it.

I most eat healthy under my own supervision, but do like a treat every now & then.

Q8: Have you overcome serious injury or other set-backs?

Had elbow surgery in 2014 and had 2 years before making a comeback.

Q9: What about GC2018 excites you?

A commonwealth games in Australia couldn’t get any more exciting.

Q10: One question you get asked too often? 

Do you do the ribbon or the pommel horse? My usual responce is….Really.
