Alicia Coutts

Alicia Coutts (swimming) swam at two editions of the Commonwealth Games, in 2010 and 2014, and won nine career medals, eight of them gold. Coutts was a medal winning machine at her debut Games in Delhi, winning five gold including three individual titles in the 100m freestyle and butterfly and 200m medley events, as well as the 4x100m freestyle and medley relay golds. She returned at the Glasgow 2014 Games, she won three relay golds. A three-time Olympian, it was at the London 2012 Olympics where Coutts had her best performance winning five medals, including gold in the 4x100m freestyle. Her haul of five medals at a single Olympics matches Ian Thorpe and Shane Gould in one single Olympics. Coutts carried the Australian flag at the closing ceremony of the Games in Delhi.
