Anna Laurens
Anna Laurens (Karner) (athletics) competed in the shot put and discus at the 1970 Edinburgh Games, finishing 4th in both events . Winner of the shot put and discus double at the Australian championships on three occasions, Laurens was coached by Dr John Cheffers and was a training partner of multiple Games medallist Jean Roberts.
