Aspen competes in triathlon and currently represents Gold Coast Run Co, having started when she was 12 years old. Her most recent sporting achievements include finishing 35th in World Cross Country and 1st at both the QLD State Triathlon and National School Sport Triathlon. Aspen joined three other Australian triathletes at the Trinbago 2023 Commonwealth Youth Games, competing in both the women’s individual event and the team relay. She led for much of the individual race on her way to the gold medal, but had to come from behind in the team relay to secure the double on the back of a stellar run leg. She aspires to compete at both a Commonwealth and Olympic Games, as well as gain more international experience in both athletics and triathlon.
