Leong Chim-Seong (weightlifting) represented Malaysia at the 1964 and 1968 Olympic Games and the 1962 and 1966 Commonwealth Games, before competing for Australia in Edinburgh in 1970 where he finished 4th in the heavyweight division. A former bodybuilder, Chim-Seong won the Mr Australia title in 1961 and 1963 whilst studying at Melbourne University. Chim-Seong’s nephew McGregor Hall competed at the 1998 Kuala Lumpur Games in weightlifting.
