Daniel Arnamnart

Daniel Arnamnart (swimming) represented Australia at the Delhi 2010 Commonwealth Games competing in the 50m and 100m backstroke events. The backstroker qualified for the semi-final in the 100m event, finishing ninth, and the final of the 50m event finishing sixth. Arnamnart, nicknamed ‘Arnie’, represented Australia at the London 2012 Olympics, swimming in the 100m event. Born in Wahroonga, on the north shore of Sydney, Arnamnart was a member of the Knox Pymble Swim Club, and had his most successful meet as a junior at the 2007 Junior Pan Pacific Swimming Championships in Hawaii winning three gold medals, including the 100m backstroke crown.
