Douglas Armstrong
Douglas Armstrong (cycling) raced in the 4000m individual pursuit in Edinburgh in 1970 where he finished 5th. Armstrong was twice awarded Ballarat sportsperson of the year and later became race director of the Melbourne to Ballarat Cycle Classic.
