Heidi competes in rugby 7s and currently represents East and QAS Reds 7s, having started when she was 16 years old. Her recent achievements include her selection in the Australian A Team and selection in the Australian Youth 7s Team. At the Trinbago 2023 Commonwealth Youth Games, she scored four tries including one in the gold medal match against Canada as the team took gold. Her aspiration is to be selected for an Olympic Team.
