Ibrahim Balla

Ibrahim Balla (boxing) represented Australia in the 56kg weight division at the Delhi 2010 Commonwealth Games. The Victorian won his first Australian junior title at the age of 11, a five-time national champion, and won a silver medal at the 2008 Commonwealth Youth Games in Pune, India. Just 19-years-old at the Delhi Games, Balla went on to represent Australia at the London 2012 Olympics in the bantamweight division before turning professional. Nicknamed “La Bala”, the boxer holds a 13-1 professional record with seven knockouts from 14 bouts.
