Jada Delaney
Jada competes in netball and currently represents the Sunshine Coast Thunder, having started when she was 8 years old. Her recent sporting achievements include being a member of the gold winning U17 Team at the recent National Championships. Coming from strong sporting prowess (her mum Jacqui Delaney won gold in netball at the 2002 Commonwealth Games in Manchester), Jada was selected for the 2023 Trinbago Commonwealth Youth Games netball team. She played a key role as a goalkeeper for the team, helping them to a gold medal following a 39-29 win over South Africa. Her aspirations include playing either netball or AFL professionally.
