Kieren Pollard

PRINT PAGE

One of only two West Australian-based swimmers on the 2022 Commonwealth Games team, Kieren Pollard (swimming) tackled the three most gruelling events on the swimming program in Birmingham: the 200m butterfly, 400m individual medley and 1500m freestyle, reaching the final in the latter two events.

After 12 years at the Breakers Swim Club, the Perth born-and-bred swimmer made the move to train under Ian Mills at North Coast Swim Club based out of St Mary’s Anglican Girls School in 2019, going on to win his first podium at the Australian championships that year.

Kieren loves fishing and would love to own a charter boat one day.
