Liliya Tatarinoff
Liliya competes in track cycling and currently represents Central Coast Cycling, having started when she was 7 years old. Her most recent achievements include being crowned the U19 Women Sprints National Champion, 500m Time Trial National Champion and taking out the Team Sprint title. She also holds the Australian record for the U17 500m Time Trial and Team Sprint and is the U19 500m Time Trial and Keirin Oceania Champion. Liliya was the sole women’s sprint cyclist selected for the Trinbago 2023 Commonwealth Games. She won one of the eight Australian gold medals in cycling at the Games when she took out the women’s 500m time trial. She also grabbed two bronze medals in the sprint and keirin events. Her future aspirations include representing Australia at the 2026 Commonwealth Games and the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games, and to continue her pursuit to compete at a world class level further in the future.
