Why did you begin your sport?
Encouraged by my Dad to Run. I came form a sporty family. Dad played VFL for Fitzroy. I did well in school cross country and went from there.
What is your most memorable sporting achievement?
Winning the Melbourne Marathon in 2013 with my Family at the finishline at the MCG. it was a personal best. I'd been to every AFL grand final at the MCG, and to acheive in sport at that some venue was really special.
Who is your hero / idol, and why? Have you ever met them?
Lisa Ondieki, as a junior athlete i watched her race at Olympic Park and I wanted to run as fast as her.
Who has been the most influential person or people in your career and why?
My Dad, has always encouraged me in everything and to persist through injury. I had so many opportunities to leave running buy my father encouraged me to stay with it and I've been able to become a 3 time Olympian.
Do you have any hobbies away from your sport?
Mother of a 2 year old, Running is my hobby.
What is your sporting ambition?
To improve on my bronze Medal in Dehli 2010. I ran a PB earlier this year so I'm not putting limits on myself.
