Why did you begin your sport?
I learnt to swim when I was very young because it's an important life skill, and I began swimming competitively in high school.
Do you have any pre-competition routines or rituals?
I usually listen to Wu Tang on the drive to the competition pool.
What is your most memorable sporting achievement?
Winning Silver in the 200m butterfly at the 2016 Rio Olympics
Who is your hero / idol, and why? Have you ever met them?
Susie O'Neill and Serena Williams. I've been fortunate enough to meet and hear Susie's advice a few times, I've never met Serena Williams though/
Who has been the most influential person or people in your career and why?
My coach, Michael Bohl.
What is your sporting ambition?
To compete at the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games and 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games
