Mal Baird
Malcolm Baird (athletics) won a silver medal in the 110m hurdles at the 1970 Games in Edinburgh in a race won by Olympic 400m hurdles champion David Hemery of England, who was defending the title he won in 1966. Baird represented Australia at the 1967 and 1970 World University Games, and the 1972 Olympic Games. Baird was a four-time Australian champion in the hurdles.
