Monika competes in netball and currently represents St George Association, having started when she was 12 years old. Her most recent achievements include being selected to the NSW U19 State Team and Australian U19 Squad. Monika was selected as the captain for the Australian Fast5 netball team at the Trinbago 2023 Commonwealth Youth Games. As the primary goalshooter, she played an important role leading the Aussie team through the group stage undefeated, before besting England and South Africa in the semi-final and final respectively to win the gold medal. Her aspirations include playing in the Suncorp Super Netball League and for the Australian Diamonds.
