Niamh competes in athletics and currently represents UWA Athletics, having started when she was 16 years old. Her most recent achievements include winning bronze in the 100m and silver in the 200m at the 2023 Australian Athletics Championships, bronze in the 100m at the 2022 Australian All Schools National Championships and bronze in Long Jump at the 2022 Oceania Athletics Championships. Niamh competed at the Trinbago 2023 Commonwealth Youth Games in the women’s T38 long jump, winning a silver medal for her efforts. Her aspirations include representing Australia at the Paralympics and winning an international medal.
