Oscar competes in triathlon and currently represents Ballarat Triathlon Club, having started when he was 13 years old. His recent achievements include winning gold at the Gold Coast AGPT in the Triple Mix Male 16-19 race, placing 5th at the Australian Sprint Triathlon Championships GPT in Port Adelaide Male 16-19 and 1st in junior B 16-17. Oscar was selected to compete at the Trinbago 2023 Commonwealth Youth Games, producing two strong performances in both the team relay and individual events to take out 4th and 5th respectively. His aspirations include representing Australia at the Triathlon Junior World Championships and competing for Australia at the highest level possible to become a world class athlete.
