Why did you begin your sport?
My Dad, His Dad and His dad all cycled track. (4 generations)
Do you have any pre-competition routines or rituals?
Set warm-up that takes 1.5 hours. I have to have everything packed the night before. Also listen to Music.
What is your most memorable sporting achievement?
Glasgow 2014 Bronze Medal
Who is your hero / idol, and why? Have you ever met them?
Sporting hero is Jarrod Graves (MTB), I've not met him, hes competed across 5 or so disciplines. I've not met him.
Who has been the most influential person or people in your career and why?
My Dad. His passion for cycling, helped me through training.
Do you have any hobbies away from your sport?
I enjoy photography and videography.
What is your sporting ambition?
To take it as far as my body can go. Keep improving and reach my potential
