Will competes in road cycling and currently represents Balmoral Cycling Club, having started when he was 13 years old. His most recent achievements include winning the U19 Oceania Continental Championships, as well as claiming 5th at the Australian National Criterium. His future aspirations include representing Australia at both the Commonwealth and Olympic Games, with an eye on the home games of Brisbane 2032, as well as cycling professionally in Europe for a World Tour, aiming to one day win a stage of a Grand Tour.
