Chloe Moran
Chloe Moran (cycling) enjoyed a rapid rise in the Australian track squad ahead of her first Commonwealth Games appearance in Birmingham where she was gold in the team pursuit alongside Georgia Baker, Sophie Edwards and Maeve Plouffe at London’s Lee Valley VeloPark. In the lead-up she had claimed two national titles in 2021 and a brace of Oceania crowns in 2022, including the points race. She followed up with multiple national and Oceania titles in 2023 and 2024.
Chloe joined UCI pro team ARA Skip Capital established by Ben Kersten and Matt Wilson in 2022.
Growing up playing hockey and participating in surf lifesaving, Moran is another graduate of the SASI Talent Identification Program. She was picked as either a kayaker or cyclist but her love of the velodrome made the choice easy. Both her parents are senior intensive care consultants at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Adelaide and Chloe is studying a Bachelor of Medical Science at Flinders University.
