Jocelyn Bartram (hockey) deputised for first-choice goalkeepers Rachael Lynch and Aleisha Power at the Gold Coast 2018 and Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.
The talented goalkeeper from Albury on the NSW-Victoria border played a variety of sports growing up, including hockey, soccer, water polo and basketball. However, her mother, father and brother all played hockey, so she was destined to follow. Bartram progressed from being an under-21 national squad member to a member of the National Development Squad and then a Hockeyroo in 2016, making her debut against China in Perth.
Jocelyn studied exercise and sports science at the University of Technology, Sydney but transferred to Edith Cowan University when she moved to Perth to join the national squad. She is now studying medicine at the University of Notre Dame.
